As we advance towards the development of our manganese refinery and sulphuric acid plant, building resilient and cost-competitive supply chains will be fundamental to our success. Rakhat’s extensive experience in logistics and infrastructure, together with his strong relationships across Central Asia and the Middle East, will provide valuable strategic support as we secure key raw material supply chains and progress both projects towards construction.”
Mr. Darmesh commented:
“I am very pleased to join the Board of GMR at such an exciting stage in the Company’s development, as its manganese refinery and sulphuric acid plant projects move towards commercialisation. I look forward to drawing on my experience in logistics, infrastructure, and supply chain development to help optimise the Company’s operations and strengthen the critical transport and raw material networks that will underpin the successful delivery of these projects.”
